Alexithymic. While this term doesn't mean a "phobia of expressing feelings" per se, it means having difficulty identifying and distinguishing between feelings and the bodily sensations of emotional arousal.as well as the difficulty in describing feelings to other people.

This is something that can be resolved through therapy. It is can be a long and involved process. There is often a reason that a person has difficulty in identifying and expressing their emotions and one of the ways that a person can learn to process these feelings is to identify the reason(s) behind the initial breakdown of this process (although it can have a biological basis as well). Once this event(s) is/are identified, and a relationship with the therapist is established, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is used to train the client to slowly become more and more aware of their feelings and teach them how to experience them and how to express them to others.

Philophobia - Fear of falling in love

Algophobia - Fear of physical and emotional pain

Or maybe commitment phobia, which could come about from being hurt again and again.

it's called "being human".

there aren't psychological phobias for situational stimuli. everybody that's been hurt is afraid to try again. you just need to realize that it's worth it.

I am experiencing a bit of erotophobia while answering this question.

The best type of phobia which fits your description of the fear of falling in love is philophobia. However sarmassophobia and malaxophobia is the fear of love play. Also erythrophobia, erytophobia, and ereuthophobia can be referred to the fear of blushing or turning red, which some do when falling in love.

I found these phobias and a lot more at TalkPros.com. It also has the definition to erotophobia as mentioned above.

The site also allows you to talk about your phobias with other individuals who experience phobias and how they deal with them.

Its not the fear of falling in love. Everyone wants to whether they say so or not. What people are really afraid of is the fear of getting hurt.
Lets be serious, everyone wants to fall in love and be happy, but when you fall in love, its giving the other person all of you and trusting them not HURT you. Being hurt and heartbroken is what we are all afraid of.
