Well said alacas69, this has always been a paradox for self-conscious beings. If you control yourself, then who controls the controller in you. The answer is indeed letting go, and if one has a self-controlling HABIT like i do/did, the only way to unlearn it, is to tolerate the habitual self-control. That, oddly enough, actually showed effect in me.Language however, is too limited to explain how letting go feels, and i found it hard to let go as i had no practice in this kind of "non-action".

yup ..thats absouloutly rigt .and wht makes me stop resisting is the feelin of doin sumthin very aggresive or bigger than the needed action,and it wont be appropriate..see very complicated..but tthnx anyway and again ..i cant do anything to that even iv tried but it doesnt happen ..i mean the aggressive action ..and it ends up with me doin nuthin ..and be worse after wards

It's paradoxical that you allow the resistance and thus stop resisting, because you allow it. Sometimes it can be case of welcoming fully the very feeling that you do not like, without acting on it, in order to let go of it.

That could mean you are probably resisting the process, so allow the resistance to be there and then try letting go of that too. You may be resisting letting go through fear, so by allowing the resistance to be there you also stop resisting. All kind of paradoxical, but humans tend to be that way. |
